How to use the new GLDS Service Portal

As part of our ongoing commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, we're thrilled to announce that the new GLDS Customer Support Portal opens Monday, December 9th.
With this new, improved Service Request function you can submit service requests anytime of the day as well as view past service requests. On December 9th when you visit www.glds.net and click on the service tab you'll be directed to our new customer support portal.
